Upon arrival at the baggage claim area, please give us a call, and we will promptly dispatch our shuttle to pick you up. Our shuttle stops at the pick-up area, zone 1, first line. Please be mindful not to cross the street. You can easily identify our shuttle by its white minivan Mercedes with orange letters, displaying “MEGA MC Rent a Car.” For any assistance, you can reach us at 980-498-6947. We kindly inform you that vehicles will be held for up to two hours after the reserved arrival time. If flight details are provided, we extend this courtesy for up to two hours after flight arrival. In the event of any delays, please feel free to call or email us to inform us of any changes in your pick-up time. After the two-hour window, if no communication is received, you will be considered a no-show. At that point, we may or may not be able to honor your reservation, depending on vehicle availability. For your convenience, our business phone number is 980-498-6947. We understand that plans may change, and cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up date. However, cancellation on the day of the reservation will incur a $50 fee, while a no-show will result in a $200 charge. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these matters. Debit cards are accepted for payment, while cash deposits are not permitted. MEGA MC Rent A Car accepts VISA, AMEX, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVERY credit cards. Only the individual named on the credit card is authorized to use it for payment and deposit purposes. The cardholder must be present during the rental process.
MEGA MC Rent A Car Delivery to the client is not carried out; if the car is left during the rental, delivery to the office can be carried out at the client’s expense and paid for by the card attached to the case at the rate of 7 dollars per mile.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. A deposit, equal to the rental amount plus a minimum of $350-500, will be pre-authorized on your card at the time of rental. Once the vehicle is returned, this deposit will be released; however, please note that this process may take 3 to 7 business days. We are not responsible for any banking charges incurred while using your card.
The renter is required to present a valid drivers license at the time of rental. Foreign renters must also present a valid drivers license.
(RSA) is an optional product with a daily cost of $5. With RSA, youll get jump starts, gas service (in case you run out of gas), towing, flat tire assistance, and winching at no extra charge. However, key services (in case theyre lost or locked in the car) are limited to a benefit of $100 per incident, and the cost of replacement keys is not covered. If the customer chooses not to purchase RSA, they will be responsible for any service fees if they require any of the services mentioned above.
All cars are provided with a full tank. Upon return, MEGA MC company offers refueling service as needed, which includes the cost of fuel based on the company`s tariff on the day of refueling, plus a refueling fee of $24.99.le for any service fees if they require any of the services mentioned above.
Vehicles cannot be taken outside the country of the USA.
The Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is an optional insurance product offered by Mega MC and costs $19 per day. It provides coverage for damage to the rental vehicle in the event of a collision or accident, with a deductible of $250. With CDW, the renter is typically responsible only for paying the deductible, while Mega MC covers the remaining cost of repairs. However, its important to note that CDW usually doesnt cover all types of damage, such as damage to tires, windows, or the interior of the vehicle.
L.D.W – Loss Damage Waiver * – is an optional product that waives MEGA MC Rent A Cars right to collect damages from the Renter for damages caused to the rental vehicle over the deductible amount. The L.D.W. charge is $250 per vehicle. Additionally, we offer Renters Collision Protection (RCP) as part of our car rental services. The customer can purchase RENTERS COLLISION PROTECTION for $19 per day, including a service charge. This product provides coverage for collision damage to the rented vehicle, up to a maximum of $20,000 with a $250 deductible, provided that the customer or any Authorized Drivers` do not violate the terms of the rental contract. Please note that the purchase of RCP is non-refundable, even if the rental vehicle is returned early. If the customer fails to contact the police and RCP carrier to file an incident report, they are responsible for paying for damages to the rental vehicle through their credit card on file. In addition to RCP, we offer optional products such as Personal Accident Insurance and Personal Effects Insurance (PAI/PEI) for $4.99/day, as well as ROAD ASSISTANCE services.
Local renters are individuals who do not provide evidence of a return flight.
Smoking in Mega MC cars is prohibited. A smoking fee of $200 will be charged.
